Introduction
Along with the daily labour, it needs a lot of hard work and patience. There is no room for accidents because it frequently results in troubles.
There are two primary choices in life, to accept condition as they are or take chance to change them. However, it plays important role and shows how gracefully we have carried out our responsibility. Therefore the work and difficulty it demands are equivalent. As it is for life, not just a day or a month, so we must keep our enthusiasm constant throughout the day. These obligations may change with time and according to person’s age. Humans are obviously unable to predict what the destiny would hold for them.
Here is a woman called Taraben, who is actively living her life despite having a large family, three kilometres away from Navsari.
Appearance
She is living in the golden jubilee age. Despite her simplicity, she has a great presence.
The responsibility of a man is to lead his family.
– Ezra Taft Benson
Taraben is the man and woman both for her family. The way she is performing her responsibilities like doing household work, earning money to run her house, etc. Due to her age and health issues, she goes to only one house for work unlike a few years back. Previously, she used to work in many households. The way she is performing her duties, makes us respect her.
Family
She is a mother of two children, a daughter and a son. It shows how little concern Maheshbhai has for the family and the future of the members of the family. Aniket and Mahima are the two children. Jyotiben her sister-in-law lacked a family of her own so she considers Taraben’s family is her own family, and now she is dealing with a health issues. Taraben’s life has been a terrible journey as, soon after the death of her husband, her sister-in-law diagnosed cancer. Taraben now has to take care of everything related to her and the family as well. Jyotiben receives financial assistance from that community as they have a lot of trust funds and as they believe in doing good; for the society as much as they could.
She has placed numerous pictures of Pramukh Swami Maharaj close to her bed. She might feel more energised and be able to fight the cancer and lead a regular, healthy life. Taraben assists her sister-in-law in every way she can, including taking her to the hospital and providing for her needs.
Taraben also believes that her family has always been benefited from Jyotiben’s contributions throughout their lives, thus it is now their turn or duty to look out for her and she would love to do it willingly and happily as she treats her like her own sister. Particularly for Jyotiben, Taraben has proven to be a lifesaver for her family and vice versa.
When it comes to maternal family, she has nobody left hence she is the only one who is still alive and leading a life.
House
She resides in a house that is not big, or one could say that it is adequate for the family, but it is not particularly appealing. There was a group of mostly three rooms, starting with the drawing room, by the additional passage, and the kitchen.
Her house consisted of some basic furnishings, including a bed, chair, table, and cabinet. As the time passed people started living their beautiful life in this small house and the house became home because they are generous in their love and willingness to make sacrifices and they act as one family in all thick and thins throughout their lives.
Friends
Friends are an essential component of life. Taraben grew up with a large group of friends. Sushila, Saroj, and Gita were some of Taraben’s closest friends. She lit up with joy as she thought of her friends.
What she likes and dislikes
The Indian woman’s heart belongs to daily soaps. She is not aware of any movie stars as she liked daily soaps but not movies.
Playing outdoor games is always enjoyable and helps with fitness. Most of us would have played a variety of games as kids. In her school days, Taraben also enjoyed playing games like Langadi, Kho Kho, and hide-and-seek. Each and every one of us enjoys such games that could be played indoor and outdoor as well, whether we are young or old.
In contrast to other nations, vegetarian and non-vegetarian culinary cultures are equally prevalent in India.
Message
Taraben advises us to have a strong personality that strengthens the family. Aniket and Mahima, two of her children, served as role models for being mature far before their age. Taraben feels sad for her kids for having to quit school at such a young age. Each member of the family makes money in some capacity, and they all work together to fight poverty.
Taraben’s family is bringing light to the world through its harmony. Even after so much of struggle she hasn’t given up on her hopes, which teaches us that every darkest night will certain have a bright day so we must fasten our seatbelts and hold our hopes, but at the same time not to stop work on our desires, along with hopes hard work plays a vital role in everyone’s life.
“A family does not need to be perfect; it just needs to be united.”
