A person feels helpless in front of poverty as it kills; their basic reason for happiness and bind them in the fold of uncountable responsibilities from a very young age and due to which they are unable to get an education.
Due to the lack of education life becomes very challenging and difficult and living condition also affects a person don’t get a suitable job. We have witnessed this in almost every storyline as the brutal reality of every improvised individual.
His Body Language
Baba Bhabar Singh was 50 years old man who was born and brought up in the block of Agra district’s Nagla Kesari village. Even in this old age, he always chooses to have some kind of childish behaviour.
He chooses to keep the child in him alive, as it gives him some kind of good vibes to deal with the difficult times of life. His age is clearly visible on his face and his body parts and he was a man of sluggish speech he holds a positive attitude towards others while having a conversation.
His Family
His family was not much wealthy but had a good reputation as his father was holding the post of Sarpanch. But they never took advantage of that and like others, they also believed in hard work and effort. Both his parents use to work and make earnings by which they can look after the family. His family maintains a standard of living with the resources they have, and are able to survive.
And about his mother, we can say that, even after being a wife of Sarpanch she never took pride in it, instead used to run a shop and made money to pay bills and look after the house. Currently, he is living with his wife and children as his parents passed away a few years ago.
His house
The house in which he lives is more of a village style and has facilities that are enough sufficient for him and his family. They had peace and harmony in the family and it was a very simple house to live in. He believed that living in a village offers a wonderful opportunity to maintain a connection with mother nature.
Education
He was fortunate to get an education but after a horrible incident, he never went to school. It was not sure that he had fear of physical humiliation that didn’t allow him to continue his schooling or something else. All types of punishment should be taken into care and it should be made possible so that it doesn’t hinder the education of any child.
Some punishments and humiliation have long-lasting effects on children’s minds. These things do matter as even today parents and teachers still practice such tough punishments and they affect the children drastically.
Lockdown
Lockdown has been a very tough period for everyone and it even made things difficult for baba Bharbar Singh and his family. They were all working for daily wages and all the work shut down and there was a problem with food and water in every house.
But the government took certain actions to make provisions for food and water and told everyone to stay at home and protect lives from corona as it was a deadly disease that have taken many lives.
His wife and kids
The marriage life of Bhabar Singh was a bit tricky and unbelievable as the woman he married was a blessing in his life. She use to take care of him despite he married her with the thought that everybody gets married so I also need to get married. She was a wonderful woman but was blind in both eyes and couldn’t help Bhabar Singh much. But both remained each-others devoted caregivers and managed the house and children.
He was happy as his children provided him with financial support too. But being a parent he felt that his children should get all the facilities and they should not be leading a compromised life just like him. But despite everything, there was a constant flow of love and affection between the family members.
His likes and dislikes
He was a very simple persona and faces all his troubles with a smile and didn’t mind anything else. His entire life went in poverty and hardships. He had seen certain things in his childhood which was tough for society to believe.
His mother was a working woman at that time and it was not found respectable for a woman to work in their society and he too has the same belief for it. He is a person who likes homemade food very much and as seasons changed so does his list of dishes and drinks.
There was not much happening in his life and despite being the son of a sarpanch he did struggle and tried to meet the family’s requirements every day.
Lesson
He believed that one should have a positive attitude toward life as it helps to deal with and overcome all problems. It provides a kind of courage and a person should remain calm and patient.
Also, give importance to education and asks everyone to provide it to their children which must brighten their future and they will not have to face the troubles that Bhabar Singh and his family did.
Also, accept the person for what they are and who they are. Don’t ever try to change anyone for us, instead be thankful and kind.
