The Scenario and effect
With the increasing population in India, the labour force is also increasing but those with better degree gets the preference first and the uneducated remains unemployed or receives a lower level of job where they will not be paid enough based on their hard work.
There are a few models that represent financial development but that do not show any proper guidance to the individuals. The unexpected COVID situation has badly impacted the development of the country.
People are taking care of their lives and securing jobs and those who lost their jobs are struggling to find new jobs. India is well known for its way of celebrating all the events and during COVID, MSMEs have provided relief to those who have suffered losses. Tough time has a long-lasting effect but we need to cope with them and try to make things better.
About Kanchan Nath
This is the story of Kanchan Nath who was 65 years old or even more because he doesn’t remember the exact age. The family in which he was born was way religious as his name was also given by the sage. He was born in the village named Nagla Maut and really had a sad past.
Both of his parents are working and earning to look after the house. Like his father, there are many people in his community who is doing the work of snake charmer. But apart from doing that, their community is facing lots of problems in their day-to-day life due to many reasons.
His education
The world would be a better place if the population of our country were educated. But those who are from poor families cannot afford to study and give up studying in between. The same thing happened with Kanchan Nath, he studied till 5th grade and then looking at the situation of his house he took up the family responsibilities.
Family
In his family, they were three siblings and his parents. He was the youngest one and not much prepared for life and difficult times. The elder one passed away a few years ago due to his age. He has a wife, 3 sons and 5 daughters in his family. His few children of him are married and settled in their life and for rest, and he is working hard day and night to settle them in their lives.
Some of his children are educated and today working at some place and earning by themselves and this makes him happy and proud of them. He feels that his efforts are giving the output in the form of his children’s success.
He got married at the age of 18 to 20 as per his parents’ choice and was unaware of marriage life. But today he feels that it was the best decision as he found the most suitable partner who is with him through thick and thin. They do argue and have conflicts but their bond is unbreakable.
Also in his suggestion, he finds that today’s generation is not taking relationships seriously and ends up dating and hurting themselves. Further, he is not aware of his relatives and what they do for a living and he is worried that if this continues then his upcoming generations will find difficulty.
Can all dreams come true?
Dreams can be fulfilled with the guidance and support of the family. Also, finance plays a very important role to complete the dream. Kanchan Nath too had certain dreams to become something better in life, to buy land of their own and use that for farming.
He wanted to bring change in his family’s lifestyle and for that, he had thought certain things but for that support and resources need to be strong. He understands that planning is essential to achieve goals, but people continue to be illiterate and let their ambitions continue to go unfulfilled.
Personality
Kanchan Nath was a person who was a jack of all trades and could do any kind of work given to him with ease. He had the ability to complete that work in a perfect manner and he never said no to anyone for work. He used to help in farming work, giving medicine, and sort of everything, that’s how he spent his entire life.
In his life, he always had the guidance of his father. In the town also he had good connections as in his young days all his co-workers use to work with him and adored him. He believed that good effort has a good impact on the family too. He treated others with respect and urged them to help others even in his worst situation.
Likes and Dislikes
He liked simple food and more green vegetables, He believes that for a healthy lifestyle homemade food like rice, lentil and vegetables are the best. He was non-vegetarian so he even used to eat meat, poultry and fish. He loved watching movies as he had a vision of getting some inspiration in life through movies and he believed that some actors and actresses were the true gems of Indian cinema.
Point of View
His concerns are extremely clear and his knowledge gained with age demonstrates him to be a reputable person. He told me that always work hard to have a bright future and that whatever we do in life do it with the guidance of elders and also think about the future.
Not every day is the same so work hard to make every day shine and be happy for yourself. If you fall learn from that and move ahead. The future brings family happiness and prosperity into the picture so he says we must live every moment fully.
